Let's say Johnson's broken moral compass, his rule breaking and lies to voters, Parliament and the Queen are "priced in".

What have the Tories given us to justify a vote in their favour?

+ 10 years of austerity and wage stagnation that delivered a higher national debt than they started with.
+ Unaffordable housing and homelessness.
+ Increased poverty, inequality and insecurity.

+ Spending cuts and policy choices have left public services in disarray.
+ Record NHS waiting lists before the pandemic are now even worse.
+ The criminal justice system is failing because of unsustainable cuts and disastrous mismanagement - criminals get off.

+ #ToryBritain is cost of living crisis combo of highest inflation in 30 years and highest taxes in 70 years.
+ While simultaneously having to cut bank taxes by £billions because #Brexit made the City uncompetitive.

+ #Brexit the Tories flagship policy that caused 4 years of political turmoil is an abject failure. It has by the Government's OBR figures knocked 4% off GDP; reduced trade; put NI peace in jeopardy; removed rights and delivered none of the promised benefits.

+ The Tories gave us the referendum and #Brexit because they were shit scared of the "swivel eyed loons of UKIP" (Tory quote). It was self interest not national interest. And now those loons are running the show.

+ The UK has threatened to break international law and signed a treaty it cannot sustain, has not implemented and wants to rewrite. All that less than a year after claiming we got it done and it was "national renewal".
+ The UK brand around the world has been badly damaged.

+ All this foolishness has led to a parliamentary party and Cabinet that have sworn loyalty to Johnson and his hard #Brexit.
+ They've had to fan the flames of culture wars to hide their failings and incompetence.

+ Government Ministers are not appointed on ability but on their preparedness to lie, gaslight and do as they're told. Their jobs are to convince the public not to believe the evidence of their own eyes and ears.

There's so little they've got right and so much more they've got wrong this thread could be a book.

Tories have been in power since 2010 and they've failed all but the very rich. It's just vacuous emptiness and bullshit slogans like levelling-up.

Please don't vote Tory!
