Good start from Qarabag in Marseille. #ConferenceLeague
Bloody hell. Zoubir wasted a golden chance. He should've scored that.
Qarabag is looking very good so far. Marseille's defence starting to look shaky.
Qarabag lacks execution. If they had that, they should've been up at least 1-0.
Wadji got a good pace but he's such a poor finisher.
Once again Wadji can't score.

Toral Bayramov is looking very good, meanwhile Marko Vesovic is very poor.
Gugeshashvili doesn't look comfy.
Here we go. Gugeshashvili made a mistake, Milik scored. Marseille 1-0 Qarabag.
Sloppy defending from Qarabag. Marseille 2-0. Once again, Milik.
HT. Marseille 2-0 Qarabag.

Overall, Qarabag played well but Gugeshashvili's errors and one defensive mistake, well used by Milik. The Horsemen also lacks clinical finishing.
Player ratings for HT:

Gugeshashvili - 1.5/10
Medvedev - 5.5/10
Medina - 4.5/10
Toral Bayramov - 6/10
Vesovic - 1/10
Garayev - 3.5/10
Andrade - 6/10
Ozobic - 6/10
Zoubir - 5/10
Kady - 3/10
Wadji - 4/10
Goal for Qarabag!! Marseille 1-2 Qarabag!
Qarabag got lucky there. Marseille hit the crossbar.
Another poor clearance. Payet scored. Marseille 3-1 Qarabag.
FT: Marseille 3-1 Qarabag

Qarabag could've gotten far better result but unfortunately, the Horsemen still got same issues:

1. Clinicality
2. Poor defending from standard positions, especially corners.
Player ratings for FT:

Gugeshashvili - 2/10
Medvedev - 4/10
Medina - 4/10
Toral Bayramov - 4.5/10
Vesovic - 0/10
Garayev - 3.5/10
Andrade - 5.5/10
Ozobic - 5.5/10
Zoubir - 5.5/10
Kady - 5.5/10
Wadji - 3/10
Sheydayev - 5.5/10

Thread. More famous people in Russia spoke out against the war with Ukraine.

Boris Grebenshchikov, rock musician:

"It is known that any war is a crime against humanity. History clearly shows that those who start a war always end badly." Image
Sergei Guriev, economist:

"I was born in North Ossetia. In our family gorge there is a famous monument to those who did not return from the war...

If Russia attacks Ukraine, it will happen against my will. I'm sure that most of my fellow citizens agree with me." Image
Evgeny Kissin, pianist and composer:

"War is always grief, tears, blood and death. Aggressive war is a crime for which there is and cannot be any justification." Image

Ethiopian government officials said a giant hydroelectric dam built on a Nile River tributary is set to begin generating power from today.

The move going to make Egypt and Sudan very angry.

With a population of 100 million, 97% of Egypt's water supply comes from the Nile.
Egypt has said the dam poses a grave threat to the nation's water supplies and Sudan has said the dam imperils millions of lives.

African Union-sponsored talks between all three nations have yielded no progress.
This brings to my comment from yesterday:

Thread. The photography of Melissa Breyer

With a childhood dream mapped out to be a painter, Breyer would toy with different mediums of artistic expression in a bid to quench the thirst for communicating the vision of the world around her before settling with a camera in hand. Image
While the desire to transmit her work through a lens has grown organically, Breyer has managed to carve out her own world within a vast field of stylistic approaches and, in doing so, has successfully conveyed an alternative take on street photography. Image
Melissa Breyer moved to New York to become a painter and ended up becoming a waitress, first at a pasta place in Greenwich Village, then at a bar and grill in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Image
