.@JujuliaGrace is the director of a limited company @EveryDoctorUK which sells cloth face masks "not intended for medical use" for £12.50+ to punters. She is *still* complaining about a tweet I posted about this two months ago and the reaction to it. 1/

It is of course utterly unacceptable that @JujuliaGrace has received personal abuse on Twitter. But I'm still perplexed as to why me pointing out a simple matter of fact makes me responsible for anyone else trolling her about her mask-selling business. 2/

It is a matter of fact that @jujuliagace is the director and chief executive of a private limited company @EveryDoctorUK that sells cloth face masks for £12.50 each. It is also a fact that the company made £50k in profits in 2020. Unless Companies House is also telling lies? 3/

This is the tweet I posted about @JujuliaGrace after her TV appearance calling for more restrictions on our lives. Despite me twice politely asking her what was inaccurate in my tweet, she refuses to tell me but continues to claim it is defamatory and threatens legal action. 4/

In her latest tweets @JujuliaGrace says her company's "Head of Legal" has written to me. This is true. But it wasn't about my tweet, as she strongly implies. It was about her risible claim that I breached GDPR rules when I texted her on her mobile (which of course I didn't). 5/

In the letter to me, @JujuliaGrace's "Head of Legal" writes that my tweet "was, and remains, factually inaccurate, potentially defamatory and is a matter about which separate legal advice is being taken". Yet they won't tell me what was inaccurate or defamatory. 🤷🏻‍♀️ 6/

As I've made clear to @JujuliaGrace, I will be happy to apologise for and correct anything untrue in my tweet.

It's now almost 2 months since I told her this and I've yet to hear from her or her lawyers as to what is untrue or defamatory.
