SEFF remembers Francis Taggart, 23, RC store man from Fernagh Av, Newtownabbey, murdered by UDA/UFF terrorists on 17/2/73. He was found fatally wounded early on a Saturday morning in a car that had been abandoned by the UDA/UFF.
