Ukrainians have not made any attempts to seize Donetsk by force just because we already know that filthy Russian soldiers and their proxies hide behind the backs of Ukrainians trapped on uncontrolled territories.

and then know that Minsk agreements force us to provide amnesty to all those bastards, like Russian lawmaker Pushilin and others, who lead the madness in Donetsk and Luhansk.
Ukraine creates modern checkpoints, provides easier access to Universities for those living in the occupied territories. Yes, the refugees' politics is still bad, but they are trying. Those guys close the path to those checkpoints not to let people see real life in Ukraine.
