i specifically remember having an Oh Shit reaction to the thought of not being able to buy things. like, how were you going to eat?

pretty bleak! but its actually rather worse

apart from starving there is the issue of other laws existing that say youve GOTTA pay money for stuff

say, federal taxes, or property taxes

and if you dont do that you get in MORE shit with the government

can other people pay for these things on your behalf? idk but probably not, good way to get put on a list themselves

getting kicked out of the financial system is complete depersonalization and now all it takes for it to happen is an executive agency deciding its gonna happen
