With some estimated 170,000 on Ukraine's borders, Russia has been working on creating casus belli for invasion of Ukraine.
On Feb17 Russia escalated hostilities roughly tenfold in the Donbas and keeps up, creating in Russian media a picture of aggressive Ukraine intending to "invade the Donbas" (what for, they don't specify).
Yesterday the "LDNR heads" announced evacuation of civilians, "women, children, and the elderly" to Russia - something what had happened before the Russian invasion of Georgia back in 2008 to create a nice picture of "refugees" threatened by Georgia.
Yesterday's video addresses of "ldnr heads" were filmed a day before Russia's escalation in the Donbas, on Feb16 as metadata shows - i.e. it's a prepared operation unfolding
Also on Feb18, "DNR" accused Ukraine of attempted sabotage on 2 chem facilities in RU-occupied Horlivka, & presented a video "from a bodycam" of a killed members of a UA-PL sabotage group - the video turned out to be rendered on Feb8 from 2021 videos
Now, one of Russia's main propaganda outlet RIA Novosti reported on a shell explosion in stanitsa Mityakinskaya, Rostov region, Russia near the Ukrainian border not far from UA-held Stanytsia Luhanska and occupied Luhansk itself
