Things you should know about scholarships / admissions abroad
1. Fully funded scholarship is a very broad term. This may entail only tuition. What this means is that you need to figure out your living expenses. Others may cover tuition and a stipend for living expenses.
Based on the city you may be living in, this may be enough or not!
2. Research or teaching assistantship is like a job you are performing and you get paid for it. If your scholarship document doesn't state explicitly that you would have a tuition fee waiver,
then whatever is paid to you is what you use for your fees and expenses.
3. It's posible to have research/ teaching assistantships jobs in North America once you are a student in the university. So even if you don't get it during applying there are still other chances.

It involves a lot of my time to create these resources so what's the essence of spending all this time and the people I created it for genuinely can't or don't know how to access it?
