I was curious to see if anyone filed Amicus Curiae briefs in Kraken cases. From what I gather that means a ‘friend of the court’ brief where someone, not a party to the case, can ask the court to let them have their say about it because they want to be helpful. Ugh…they did👇🏻🤦🏼‍♂️

First up our friends from Alabama. They sent us Mo Brooks. You may remember Mo Brooks from such rally’s as the January 6th Insurrection. Alabama wanted to help the Kraken so let’s see who filed the Amicus brief. Let’s see, says here…Roy Moore. Ok. Wait *THAT* Roy Moore?👀

Yup. The same Roy Moore that pointed a gun during one of his rallies and won’t be going to any Alabama malls, who almost became a Senator, Roy Moore. He joined the Kraken case to help trump overturn an election. Alabama filed in the Pennsylvania case.

How about Michigan? Yep, there too. This Amicus brief was filed by Todd Bank from NY. I think this argument is to do with standing. As in wether or not one can even bring a case, as opposed to in front of a garage door at the four seasons lawn and garden. supremecourt.gov/DocketPDF/20/2…

Nevada was another state with fraud electors. Let’s add the amicus brief from New Nevada and New California to the AG of Texas’ kraken like case. New Nevada? What is New Nevada?

But these lawsuits are really about the integrity of the election right? They’re definitely not a means to further separatism, or secessionist agendas, right? It’s not like their intent was to undermine democracy and disenfranchise voters, right? Right?

Voting qualifications are changing throughout the US. Do not assume your voting eligibility. Do not assume because you voted absentee in 2020, that you can vote absentee in 2022. Ensure you are registered, and vote. Ensure your family and friends are registered to vote and vote.
