There is a UK cabinet minister with a 20yr track record of investing Russian/Putin companies. Before he set up on own with his Lloyd George Management friends he stuck a large amount of LG cash in a UK company 40% owned by this Putin-backed Russian asset

Jones Lang LaSalle worked for the Mayor of London (Boris) not MoD. The MoD named them to sell tube. They took a £4m deposit off the Russian asset 20 Nov 2013. They then had 99 days to google "Firtash" and see the stories above - - NOPE-- the sale was cooked in favour of Firtash

One of the board members of the Siberian Investment Company was Oleg Preksin (clearly a creature of the Russian state, high ranking and Putin linked - on the board of a LG fund)
