This was one of the most demented and insane things ever written and published by a Harvard Law Professor, even with the awareness that the competition is intense. It's not just unhinged but pernicious. But since Tribe has the right ideology, it was largely overlooked. 
In 2018, a Russian regional passenger jet crashed shortly after taking off, killing all 71 on board. Tribe suggested the plane was sabotaged by Putin to kill a Russiagate witness - who wasn't on board. That's how insane liberal elites are on Russia:
