Imagine you have $ZIL now. You decided to stake it instead of selling it in the middle of a bear market 🐻. You can use standard Zilliqa staking and get ~13% APR. It's not bad, but you can only withdraw if after 2 weeks. Want to know how to optimize it? Then read this thread🧵
What are the limitations?
Your $ZIL is locked in staking and you don't have access to it.
You can always withdraw it but you need to wait approximately 2 weeks ⏳ (30800 blocks). And during this time you will not get rewards.
No automatic restaking.
Is it possible to stake $ZIL without these limitations and even get more rewards🤑? Yes, it's possible with a help of liquid staking protocol @AvelyFinance and $AZIL token. Interested? Then read this thread futher🧵
How it works? First let me explain💡you what is liquid staking. Liquid staking is an act of delegating your tokens to a service which stakes them for you. In return you get a tokenized version of your funds. It can be used same way you would use your original funds.
So you delegate your $ZIL or transfer your staked $ZIL to @AvelyFinance smart contracts. In return you get $AZIL token - tokenized version of staked $ZIL. $AZIL is completely backed by staked $ZIL. It's transferable and can be used in other defi protocols.
@AvelyFinance smart contracts automatically claim daily $ZIL rewards and restake them. No new $AZIL is minted during this operation so after each rewards claim each $AZIL is backed by more and more $ZIL. As a result it's price grows naturally 🤑 and includes all $ZIL rewards.
$AZIL price inside @AvelyFinance is a honest price because you can always get your $ZIL back by exchanging your $AZIL using standard terms for withdrawal from Zilliqa staking. It will be the same amount of $ZIL which you would get after standard $Zil staking + compound interest.
So you can just relax🏝 and hold $AZIL as long as you want and you will get all #Zilliqa staking rewards. $AZIL has a natural value because it's completely backed by staked $ZIL and thus it gives you access to your staked funds. Now let's talk what you can do with it.
1️⃣ $AZIL can be used as orginary zrc-2 token. It has a natural price value because it can be exchanged to $ZIL any time so you can use it as a payment for something. For example you could pay for some services using $AZIL or you could buy some goods with $AZIL.
2️⃣ $AZIL can be used in other defi protocols. For example it can be used in a liquidity pair on decentralized exchange. Or it could be used as a collateral on some lending platforms for borrowing coins. Such usage will allow you to get additional rewards 🤑.
3️⃣ $AZIL will be available for traiding on decentralized exchanges and it means that you don't have to wait a standard period for withdrawing your $ZIL. You can exchange it on dex, for example on #ZilSwap. It's an additional option which improves a flexibility of staking for you.

If you read my previous tweets you know what is $AZIL by @AvelyFinance . Now I'm going to give you one of examples how you can use $AZIL. It will give you better APY and it will also allow you to be more flexible with your staked $ZIL. Read this thread if you're interested🧵
Imagine you have 100,000 $ZIL for example. I decided to use some beautiful digit🤑 to show you the algorythm. You divide this sum by 2 parts - now you have 50,000 $ZIL and another 50,000 $ZIL. First part you stake with @AvelyFinance and get $AZIL.
The second part you leave as is. So after this you have some $AZIL which is backed by 50,000 $ZIL and 50,000 unstaked $ZIL. Now you take these two parts $AZIL and $ZIL and go to @ZilSwap or other decentralized exchange and provide it as liquidity there for a pair $AZIL / $ZIL.
