I'm having some trouble tracking down the Millennium Spirit, it isn't a translation error because the Ukrainians posted the statement in english.

If someone could provide a translation that would be great
They identify who they are, say they were on a training mission, and were not aware they were being sent into Ukraine.

It looks like the increased Russian activity around Chernobyl, including heavy tracked vehicles and helicopters, is kicking up a lot of the radioactive dust still on the ground.

Primarily a local issue.
Current radiation levels in the area
The levels are high, but not in any sort of way that is imminently dangerous
