Bro, you were caught cheating or you f*cked up in some other way & she got really hurt. What do you do? You apologize, be genuine in your apology, you don't make excuses about it, you're straight forward with your apology. That's all, the rest falls upon her, to forgive or not...
You must avoid going into a path of whereby you continuously ask her for forgiveness, once is enough. Because if you continue to do so, you're only going to end up embarrassing yourself & be even more dissappointed...
Stop with that over emotional nonsense you see on tv, continuously sending her texts, calling her, convincing her family & friends or worse going on social media & doing stupid shit hoping to get her attention. Acting like an emotional little girl won’t help...
Doing desperate shit hoping she will see it & feel guilty, but reality is she won’t! She’ll be even more disgusted, or will laugh at your desperate actions with her homegirls. She’ll probably get an ego boost out of how hurt she got your ass...
If you are hurtin’, don’t show it & keep that out of her sight & knowledge. And at the same time avoid falling into the pity zone, where you're feeling bad about yourself. Accept shit for what it is, that's the 1st step in moving on or getting over her...
Delete the pics, chats & number. Unfollow on social media, you have no reason to be watching what she's up to. Get rid of anything that would remind you of her (clothes & the likes). Stop orbiting your life around her, start living yours, she surely is living hers...
Start socializing again. Hang out with friends. Meet new women, yes to get rid of old memories you need to start making new ones. Time spent negotiating with an old flame is better spent trying to light up a new flame....
Get a hobby, something that relaxes your mind. Start working out, one of the best ways to deal with stress. Because life goes on, you must continue living on bro!!!
