The moral math in this conflict over Ukraine couldn’t be simpler: you’re either with Zelensky, Biden and those who believe in the idea that people should get to choose their own governments and alliances, or you’re with Putin. Pick a side and be prepared to stand by that choice.
By the way it’s not like Putin just woke up recently and became obsessed with replacing democracies with puppet or pliable governments using everything from massive disinformation to economic blackmail to (now in Ukraine) brute force. What do you think he was doing to us in 2016?
