Unbeknownst to the victim, Yiren Wang has been using the victim's pictures without consent nor knowledge since 2020. Stealing the victim's photos from her fb highlights for malicious intent by posting negative captions to trigger Yiren's target audience which are the other stans

This has finally reached the victim on June 4, 2021 from a colleague who is a stan and also a member of a kpop fb grp. Shocked and upset, the victim asked help to mass report Jangjen's post (one of Yiren's many accs) to take it down. Other stans asked if the victim is rlly Yiren

To the victim's horror, she learned that her face has been circulating the internet in the kpop stan community with the idea that she is blamed as Yiren Wang. Who is responsible for accounts of cyber libel. To the point that her face has been edited on memes and pornographic imgs

What made it more alarming is that the victim's face was still being used until 2022 in a Facebook Page called Yiren and Friends Niyang Maacm. Which made it nearly 3 years of the victim's photos being misused without her consent

Stan accs approached and private messaged the victim prior to her realization that her photos have been used. Clarifying how deep the issue is by sharing how her photos have been posted every selca day since 2020. Including how Yiren used the victim's face to seek a relationship

Yiren Wang (who turned out to be homosexual) confessed to using the female victim's face to seek a romantic relationship with a man. Especially that Yiren was able to garner plenty of crushes on Yiren's acc by using the victim's face

Yiren Wang also cyberbullied other kpop stans & their selca photos to the point that Yiren's victims grew depressed, anxious, & lost confidence or lost self esteem for being ridiculed and mocked. Especially to Yiren's reputation as the Top Basher. Much to Yiren's entertainment

Hours after the victim demanded to take down her stolen photos. Yiren Wang posted a sarcastic apology status, ending it with the quote, "charot babalik ako."
Yiren edited the content of the status using his main acc & lied that the victim knew her face was being used w permission

❗REASON WHY YIREN WANG ACTED ON CYBER LIBEL❗

Yiren Wang first used his main acc to respond to the bashing on his favorite girl groups but then resorted to using a stan account to retaliate without ad hominem being used against him. Escalating to below the belt arguments

Here are Charles' stan accounts as Yiren Isabel Wang and Yiren Uchinaga as of 2022

Upon receiving the news and confirmation of Yiren Wang's real identity, the victim filed a complaint at the Police Cyber Response Team and alerted the National Bureau of Investigation. With a condition that if Charles denies, he will be imprisoned under RA 10175 up to 6-12 years—

—or a fine of Php200,000.00 up to a maximum amount commensurate to the damage incurred. If Charles confesses, he will remain as a free man. Paying with his reputation in exchange for freedom. Just as he did to the victim. By making an apology video exposing all his wrongdoings

Charles is only accused of Identity Theft for using the victim's face & revealing the victim's full name & location. Thus, jeopardizing the victim's safety, reputation, and dignity as a woman. Charles did not commit to cyberlibel as he did not spoke of any ill will to the victim

The victim wrote the script which was read and agreed by Charles that all of what was written is true. The victim herself also filmed & edited the video. Charles will delete his stan accs prior to a week after the video will be posted. Granting him a fresh start to his 2nd chance

• apology confession videos are legal as long as the subject uses the platform to clarify misunderstandings and not commit to cyberlibel of any sort
• to be fair, the victim gave permission to spread the video just as Yiren Wang did the same using her face

• the victim only asked to conceal her full name & face in any screenshot or photos of her from when Yiren Wang was a poser as to not repeat this issue in the future & also to protect her family's political reputation. Hence the victim's face covered in stickers aforementioned

• the victim has confirmed to give consent to her side being told via social media of any platform as to clear misunderstandings and most especially to clear this issue
