2⃣ The MVP is NOT 95% complete. It is barely 50% complete according to the company's own records. It has yet to make >600 difficult waterbody crossings.

3⃣ Manchin is mad the 4th Circuit ruled in favor of the Jefferson National Forest and endangered species. Ahem... what??? @JonSokolow points out that Manchin speaks falsely when we says the case can be moved to a DC Circuit Court.
