If you spend more time yelling at moms to send their kids to fight wars created by weak leaders than you do yelling at those leaders to push real, meaningful sanctions to avoid further destruction, you can go pound all of the sand in the world.
Lots of you writing checks with your ignorant mouths that you expect everyone else’s sons and daughters to cash. Get severely wrecked.
War is hell. I have no faith that anyone in D.C. could successfully prosecute one. The ruling class, so to speak, does not have the stomach to make the the tough decisions. This woke populace, offended over terms like “master bedroom,” do not have the stomach, either.
There is no political correctness in war, no workery. They lack the ability to be as brutal to tyrants as tyrants require to be put down.
“People sleep peacefully in their beds at night only because rough men stand ready to do violence on their behalf.” Today some think you can achieve this without the response necessary. Reminds me of people who don’t know how the meat got to the supermarket.
I’m not anti-war. I’m anti-stupidly prosecuted wars, disregard for exhaustible options, rushing into the uncertain. I’m pro smart responses, exhausting all options, & ONLY after these, pro the most overwhelming actions that scare an opponent’s generations into submission.
But, to come full circle, we don’t have leadership or society that recognizes this, so we are where we are.
