I may be wrong, but I don’t think Putin’s Russian Invaders would Bomb Kyiv the way they shelling Kharkiv and other Cities in Ukraine; because he Putin wants his puppet government to govern from Kyiv, the Nation capital.
So I think that’s why he is only bombing outside of Kyiv…
