Sandra first bought the toy, which she calls ‘Luffancs,’ in January 2022 for £600 – and the union was the start of their romance.
The 28-year-old says she’s even fallen in love for the first time in her life and shares a bed with the jet every night.

‘I don’t know why I love him, I just love him,’ Sandra said.

Sandra has loved planes since she was three years old and now works at an airport. Despite being surrounded by other aircraft all day, she says she wouldn’t dream of cheating on Luffancs.

Sandra's previous partners never had an issue with her love of planes – but after breaking up with her ex last year, she decided to enter into her first relationship with an object (known as objectophilia).
Sandra says Luffancs is better than any human partner she’s ever had.
