1⃣ 1. If using CDN like AWS Cloudfront -> apply correct filters will block traffic from Russia
2⃣ 2. If your environment is managed via terraform based CMP's , add a code under restrictions, location in right resource
3⃣ If using Cloudformation: follow like #2 above
