The bombing of hospitals has long been a tactic of Putin’s, as we have seen for many years in Syria. While Russia continues to say that civilians are not being targeted, the world can see evidence to the contrary. (3/11)
The governor of Donetsk region said 17 people, including women in labour, were wounded in the airstrike which he claimed happened during an agreed ceasefire period to allow civilians to safely escape. Figures are still unconfirmed and likely to increase. (4/11)

The southern port city of Mariupol is surrounded by Russian troops and has been subject to heavy shelling for days, leaving thousands of people without food, water and electricity. People in the city have been getting water from melting snow. (6/11)

With persistent bombardment and shelling, the city of Mariupol are now burying those who lost their lives in mass graves, no family or loved ones are able to be present because of the ever-present danger posed by continuous attacks. (8/11)
