1/6 NACP praised #Russia's Minister of Defence Shoigu for corruption in the Russian army. The Head of NACP wrote a thank you letter to #Shoigu on corruption cases that he made possible, describing how they serve interest of 🇺🇦 army during the war.
3/6 Case #2: Russian “bulletproof” vests made of cardboard instead of armored plates. Such vests were worn by crew members of Russian Barnaul-T armored car captured by Ukrainian army. Now, this Barnaul-T serves the Ukrainian defense forces and helps to resist the aggressor.
4/6 Case #3. Russian army uses ZIL-130 to transfer its soldiers. The bright aquamarine color of the vehicle and the lack of coverage makes it an easy target even for the inexperienced weapon user.
5/6 As the body responsible for preventing conflicts of interest, the NACP could not ignore the fact that cardboard bulletproof vests contained the bulletin on detecting corruption and conflict of interest in military units.
6/6 NACP proposed to reduce the likelihood of a conflict of interest by supplementing the bulletin with instructions on how to surrender to the Ukrainian army.
1/4❗️The NACP included the Chinese @Xiaomi Corporation in the list of international war sponsors: bit.ly/3GGeqke.
2/4 The reason for inclusion in the list of international sponsors of the war was that the company not only continued its work in the Russian Federation after the full-scale invasion, but is still the leader in smartphone sales in the terrorist-state.
3/4 While the Russians bombed peaceful Ukrainian cities, Xiaomi managed to increase deliveries to the Russian Federation by 39% in the third quarter of 2022 compared to the previous one.
