Even though I’m not a skater but being a 90s kid that culture has definitely had a big impact on me.

Creativity is extremely valued in the skater community. From the early days of homemade boards to the later stages of extreme tricks and various skating venues. Skaters were always looking to improve and push the boundaries.

That’s where I see the Azuki team trying to push the creative boundaries in the NFT and differentiate themselves from all the other projects, and focus purely on themselves.

As we see with different animations, stickers, artworks. Just like the skaters learning tricks and improving from each other, I see the same with the Azuki community.
• Freedom :
Skaters are all about freedom, they’re free from everything and their sole purpose is too skate and improve.
That’s where the Azuki Mindmap come in play. Some NFT holders need to see a utility and strict plan in place, but what I loved the Mindmap.

The Azuki Mindmap gives the team and the community who can participate in the Mindmap the necessary freedom to take the project in any direction, and some forget the importance of the journey rather than the destination.
• Risk:
Skateboarding is categorized as extreme sport which is the definition of Risky. Skaters have always and will continue to push themselves to the limit and risk their physical health to be better.

Azuki has shown with @bobubeanfarmer experiment that they’re willing to push the boundaries and create something new in the NFT, yes it might fail but it also might work and we won’t know until someone tries, I believe that the Azuki team have multiple risky ideas to come.
• Persistence:
“firm or obstinate continuance in a course of action in spite of difficulty or opposition”
This definition perfectly sums up the Skater Mentality and the @AzukiZen Team & Community.
