Last night around 745pm, 3 NSW #Police officers banged on my door. When I answered, they placed me under arrest for taking a photograph in a court room.

I was not cuffed but I was told to remove my jewellery and any strings and I was body searched outside my home.

I was put in the back of the police van and driven to the station. I was told that they could detain me for 6 hours. I was put in a cell in the custody department.
I was asked if I wanted to be interviewed.
I declined. I was told it would be done anyway.

Before we left my house, an officer stormed in and walked into my kitchen while filming. I asked him if he had a warrant. He said that as I was under arrest "there could be knives or scissors and I don't want one plunged into my neck."
I said but it's a photo charge. #auspol

"We don't know you", they told me.

I spent nearly 6 hours in a cage as they called it last night. About 2 hours in I started to cry for nameless victims. Because I'm telling you now none of those perps sat in a cage like that @criprights @RichMcHugh

The police showed me pictures of the Facebook.com/hillsongbook page and berated me with questions about photos on it from March 10.

8 years, I said to them at the end, Took you 8 years to charge him and 36 hours to find me. #AusPol2022

I was fingerprinted and photographed.
Then forensic photos were taken.
The sergeant in charge informed me she was deciding whether I'd get bail.

So let that sink in.

You see I was raised as a good South African and my mother told me if you criticise the government, the police will take you away in the night.

But I live in Australia and it's not a police state.
We are free here. #auspol
I take my citizenship very seriously. And my freedom

Let's not pretend anymore. The last arrest I had was for trespass in 2015 by cops who were being paid to marshall a #hillsong event.

@RonniSalt @abc730 I haven't got much more to lose in the rum colony anymore. And I watched the cops torment the woman with the intellectual disability @criprights we still have so far to go.
So I told the man who who was begging to find out WHY he'd been arrested not let them see him suffer.

The #themandus is oh so clear in Australia.
And so help me while I have breath in my body and my fingers can type I will tell you when I can see the emperor has no clothes at all.
He's wrapped in a giant Australian flag and he's taking the piss out of us.

Please know how GRATEFUL I am for your support.
But I am a university educated woman who can negotiate systems. GOD HELP those with less power in the rum colony. Which is most people.
And so we push on. And we will not move.

Let's rip this shit open. I'm so so tired of watching the game being played and we're supposed to pretend like we aren't just props to rich white men's tax haven. Australia isn't a real country is it? just a resort for the rich and we the villagers must work hard and keep quiet.

OH and last Monday my neighbour was stabbed in the leg and while we were waiting at the doctor the person who assaulted him threatened both of our lives.
Police attended. I've called and emailed them and there's been no response. No restraining order. Wouldn't have an event num

if I hadn't tracked it down.
They said stabbing was a pretty serious matter and asked exactly what colour the perp's skin was since they're Aboriginal.
But I've heard nothing back. Thought maybe that's what they were knocking about last night. I was wrong.
