Then the council issued a furious rejection of it

We still don't know if the council has even had a letter nor if the North West Road is safe from the funding review... All very strange.

Would the fact that the road was presented to the public as 'carbon saving' but is now revealed to be a net emitter of CO2 until the year 2155 count as a significant change? It will create 48000t/CO2 for a 359t/CO2 annual operational saving 2/12
