Dear Baroness @CharlotteV Thank you for writing to Daniel Kawczynski MP about the North West Relief Road in #Shrewsbury. You say the NWRR will go ahead unless the case has significantly changed. What would constitute a significant change in your view? For example... 1/12 Image Would the fact that the road was presented to the public as 'carbon saving' but is now revealed to be a net emitter of CO2 until the year 2155 count as a significant change? It will create 48000t/CO2 for a 359t/CO2 annual operational saving 2/12
