A food wouldn't taste good if it wasn't good for you. Our bodies and tongues are extremely intelligent. This goes for sugar, meat, salt, fat, etc, but doesn't apply to processed, manipulated garbage.
Learn to trust your innate intelligence and cravings.

#9: Disease often starts in the gut via endotoxin production and inflammation. This leads to a cascade of increased stress, lower metabolism, a shift to aerobic glycolysis, decreased protective hormones. Cutting gut irritants is a powerful way to improve health
#10: thyroid is the main conductor of energy metabolism and most people have low thyroid
The best way to measure is by pulse and body temperature. Waking body temperature below 98 degrees that doesnt rise to 98.6 throughout the day is usually indicative of low thyroid
#11: PUFAs, both omega 3 and o6, are often called essential because of one study in the 1930s. They deprived rats of these fatty acids and they developed some health issues.
However, what really happens was their metabolism increased so much that they were deficient in vitamins
Later researchers found that the essential fatty acid deficiencies were really just vitamin b6 deficiencies.
Cutting out pufas will increase your metabolism and overall health but you need to also consume more vitamins
#12: seed oils are the biggest cause of disease today. They are hidden in everything. All restaurants cook with them.
Cook with coco oil, macadamia nut oil, tallow or butter instead. Avoid salad dressings and packaged food. Bring butter to restaurants.
13: coconut oil is magical.
It has pretty much 0 omega 6. It can even help to detox and displace the seed oils you consume. It‘a anti parasitic and anti bacterial. It can increase metabolism. You can even use it as toothpaste, sunscreen and hair conditioner
#14: do not supplement omega 3s
They are HUFAs…highly unsaturated fatty acids, even more unsaturated and unstable than PUFAs
They will similarly oxidize in your body and cause the degenerative diseases
#15: vegan diets kill more animals than a grass fed carnivore diet
#16: CARBS are essential
Carbohydrates are essential for brain, adrenals, youth hormones, thyroid, gut health. This is why your body will break down its own tissue to produce in the absense of eating them. Most people have issues with carbs because they eat the wrong ones.
#17: simpler carbs are better because they’re easier to digest. Easy to digest means they don’t feed gut bacteria causing endotoxin issues.
My favorites are fruit, fruit juice, milk, honey, coco water, white rice and potatoes

#18: LOW blood sugar
Most people are way too focused on high blood sugar and not focused on low BG. Every time blood sugar falls, stress increases to break down tissues and slows metabolism. The first things to slow are the fun stuff: hair growth, libido, mood, etc
#19: PROTEIN
Many people are undereating protein, especially animal proteins. You need at least 100g a day. Preferrably around 1.6g / kg bodyweight or more if bulking.
Animal protein is much more bioavailable than plant protein.
Eat steak & eggs.
#20: steak is a superfood
Easily digestile protein, highly nutritious, loaded with bioactives like taurine, carnitine, carnosine, creatine, anserine that you cant get elsewhere.
It needs to be a dietary staple.
#21: beef liver is essential
Loaded with b vitamins you can’t get elsewhere. Vit A & copper work together to produce ceruloplasmin the master antioxidant w. delivers copper to cells to generate ATP. Vitamin A is required for hormone synthesis, skin health, immune function, etc
#22: methionine to glycine
It’s a good idea to balance the methionine in steak with glycine from collagen. Cows are 50% gelatin. Only eating muscle meats is like eating a refined diet. I eat 30g of collagen for every 150g of animal protein
#23: calcium to phosphorous
Excess phosphorous to calcium raises PTH, lowering metabolism. I aim for 2 - 3 g of calcium a day from egg shell calcium, milk or coral calcium and a 1:1 or 2:1 ratio
#24: fructose is good for you
Fruit & fruit juice are incredible for you. There are no high quality studies showing that either bad for us. Studies on fructose consumption are done on rats who don't process fructose like humans and with isolated fructose not sucrose from fruit
#25: MEATS & SWEETS
Meat on its on spikes insulin and leads to low blood sugar.
It’s a good idea to drink fruit juice 15 mins before eating meat to prevent this stress response.
#26 YOURE NOT IRON DEFICIENT
We’ve been bombarded with iron. You're not iron deficient. You have an excess of iron, it's just lodged into tissues. You need copper to recycle it out. This is why liver helps cure peoples anemia (not the iron)
#27: vegetables aren’t health foods
Soil is depleted of nutrients today and loaded with pesticides which prevent nutrient uptake. Vegetables also have many gut irritating Phytochemicals and nutrient blocking anti nutrients.
#28 nuts aren’t healthy
Most nuts are loaded with omega 6 and compounds that irritate your gut like lectins
The only healthy nuts are beef testicles
#29 ruminants > chicken and pork
Ruminants can detox glyphosate and pesticides and also conjugate the Linoleic acid, ensuring it is more saturated. Chicken and pork tend to have highly unsaturated fat. Chicken is one of the biggest sources of o6
#30: natural ice cream is a superfood. Dairy, honey, salt.
#31: alternative milks are sh*t. If you can’t tolerate dairy don’t drink milk
#32: Best fruits to eat tend to be ripe, sweet, tropical with seeds that are easy to avoid. Oranges, papaya, watermelons, grapes, pineapple , guava, jackfruit, apples are some of my favorites
#33: organic should be status quo. It shouldn’t be special to eat food that isn’t poisoning you
#34: eggs are superfoods. They have all the nutrients a whole chicken needs to form. Ridiculous people trust a documentary that says they’re as bad as cigarettes

Tap water is a toxic cocktail of endocrine DISRUPTORS and carcinogens. Do not drink it.
Bottled water isn’t much better. Most springs are polluted. Many are full of plastic and androgen disrupting chemicals.

A 10 min hot shower is equivalent to drinking 10 glasses of tap water in terms of the chemicals you absorb.
#44: CAFFEINE IS HEALTHY
It is a vitamin like adaptogen which can lower stress, boost metabolism, aid liver health, improve mood, cognitive function and protect against cancer.
Adrenal issues only happen when you’re already stressed and drink it with low metabolism.
