Missouri Assistant Physician license
-Completion of Step 1 and 2
-ECFMG cert for IMGs
-yearly renewal
-work in primary care and/or underserved community
Florida House Physician license
-Completion of Step 1 and 2
-ECFMG cert for IMGs
-renewed every 2yrs
-need position before you are given license
-mostly with surgical clinics, doing pre-op/post-op
Utah Associate Physician license
-Completion Step 1 and 2
-limited to US med school grads
-need position before given license
-few people have utilized this license
Arizona Medical Graduate Transitional Training Permit
-Completion Step 1 and 2
-valid for one year, can renew only once
-recently passed so may be limited to opportunities
Washington IMG Clinical Experience license
-Complete Step 1-3
-limited to IMGs
-must have proof of 1yr WA residence
-valid for 2yrs, can only be renewed once
-recently passed so may be limited opportunities
Illinois IMG Temporary License
-Completion Step 1-3
-limited to IMGs
-temporary license valid until May 31, 2022 or until Gubernatorial COVID-19 Disaster Proclamation ends
