Thread:- #TheKasmirFiles

K-Files is not a movie but a reality by @vivekagnihotri & @AnupamPKher. Many scenes including the murder of a woman & others infront of the eyes of a kid is similar as mine. I had gone through same trauma in 2002, which i will eloborate in my book. 1/n
In 2002, Pakistan based terrorists with the help of local terrorists shot dead by mother and uncle. Due to the trauma My maternal uncle lost his mental balance and died in a mental hospital in Srinagar after a year. This happened with many in the valley as shown in K-Files. 2/n
Left the place forever where the incident happened in 2002. The agony of Kashmiri Pandits in the refugees camps reminds me of our days when we left everything & stayed in a rented house long back in Srinagar. Similar scene i saw today in the @vivekagnihotri's #KashmirFiles. 3/n
The struggle of Kashmiri pandits & their anger against the terrorism is similar as mine. Countless people in the valley be it Hindus, Sikhs, Muslims everyone is a vicitim of terrorism but the fact is we kashmiri Muslims are the responsible for it we brought gun culture. 3/n
It's not only Bitta Karrate or Yasin Malik but there are many others also who were hand in glove with these Terrorists. They are still alive & roaming freely, they also deserve capital punishment. There should be no mercy for terrorists & their proxies anywhere in the country 4/4

Thread:-

‘Why has my unfurling the national flag fluttered and quivered some’ is what is refusing to leave my mind since yesterday. Had this been a precedence set by a “tight ass moralist chief executive” in the past, I wouldn’t have been required to do it at all. 1/n
I would may be have been paying my respect to the flag from the down the road at the most. On the contrary what we witnessed in the past is the ‘mainstream politicians assuming the role of secessionists ‘Stepney Tyre’ making sure that the vehicle of insurgency plies smoothly’.
All this while, the former indulging in an ‘avoidable appeasement’ of the latter and therefore shaping up an ‘amphibious political order’ for us the younger generation to inherit.

I’m unapologetic and thankful enough that I did it and did it with sheer pride.
