(Yep, the same @ScotTories who just a few weeks ago, called on him to resign for breaching lockdown rules.)

In 2009, he said: “I do think it pretty monstrous that you get free care for the elderly in Scotland and no tuition fees".

This, just months after promising Scotland would be "an equal partner" that should "lead, not leave" the UK.
