A thread on recent developments regarding India - China relations.

The recent 'thaw' that was reached after Galwan and subsequent comment by Wang Yi that "India and China should cherish what has been achieved" points to something that is not being seen in right perspective.
Before proceeding, pls understand that you need to trust GoI and don't fall for the 'thaw' in the first place. ANYTHING that China does, take it with truck load of salt and whatever.

First, key events.
Back in 2024, India - China reached a Border Patrol Agreement. Out of the blue. Sudden.

Talks were on. But, an 'agreement' was not expected too soon.

On reaching the agreement, Wang Yi said, "we should cherish the agreement"
