There are a host of “little” things that can go wrong with our bodies that might be easy to dismiss as “normal” or “temporary” that may actually be a signal that something much more serious is going on.
Many people – especially men – have a natural tendency to want to avoid certain things like going to the doctor, for example. Most of us don’t want to face the possibility that something serious might be wrong with us, and as a result, we put off going to
have something checked out. Instead we might just ignore the problem while we hope that it gets better on its own. Although many problems will resolve with a little time, the most serious problems are quite unlikely to just go quietly away, and should be addressed as
soon as possible. For that reason, it is unwise to ignore the following symptoms which may be your body’s way of telling you that you have a serious health problem.
1. TESTICULAR LUMPS
Most men of a certain age have probably been encouraged to regularly
examine their testicles for unusual lumps or bumps that could be a sign that something serious has gone wrong. Finding any unusual or abnormal lumps in that area is definitely something that should be addressed by seeing a doctor as soon as possible.
Although none of us want to hear the word “cancer,” addressing this problem quickly can mean the difference between life and death since testicular cancer is more treatable when it is detected early.
2. TOE PAIN
In the vast majority of cases the big toe is going to be where this problem manifests. A pesky and potentially painful condition called gout could be the culprit, and since it is three or four times as likely to happen to men than it is to women,
men should pay particularly close attention to this symptom. Gout happens when too much uric acid builds up in the blood stream and causes tiny crystals of sodium urate to collect around joints. The longer gout goes untreated,
the worse it is likely to get and sometimes it can result in permanent damage to joints.
3. ERECTILE DYSFUNCTION
This condition is a reality for millions of guys all over the world and is particularly likely to occur in older men.
Although we are probably accustomed to thinking that this is a problem that is easily remedied by taking a little blue pill, it’s important to realize that it can be a sign that something very serious could be causing the problem.
Since blood flow plays a major role in this condition, having this problem could be an indicator of heart disease and is definitely something to talk to a doctor about, and not just to get a prescription for those blue pills that so many men swear by these days!
4. BALDNESS
Many men become very fearful of losing their hair as they age but there’s more to worry about than just not looking a youthful and attractive as you once were. It’s has been discovered that men who lose their hair are 40 percent more likely to develop prostate cancer.
It is believed that hair loss and prostate cancer may be a result of excessive male hormones. Noticing that one’s hair is thinning is probably not a good reason to race of to the doctor worried about prostate cancer,
but it is something that should be kept in mind as men age and considered in concert with other symptoms of prostate cancer that may be noticed.
5. BREAST LUMPS
We certainly don’t hear about it as often, but women aren’t the only ones who can develop breast cancer. It can happen to men also, and the symptoms are quite similar. In most cases, men who have symptoms of breast cancer will notice it around
the nipple where lumps may form. For the most part, men over 60 years old are the ones that need to be most concerned about breast cancer, but it should not be forgotten that it can develop at any age.
6. HEAVY DRINKING
Depression is the possible underlying cause here, and men often won’t show symptoms of depression the same way a woman might. Men have a tendency to want to handle their issues without outside assistance and some of them may “self medicate” by drinking too much.
Only in recent years has depression begun to get the recognition it deserves as a serious disease. In addition to heavy drinking, others signs of depression to watch for in men include anger management issues, violence, relationship problems and withdrawal from others.
7. BLOOD IN URINE
Although there are more common causes for blood to show up in the urine other than cancer, it’s never a smart move to simply hope this is a condition that will go away by itself. It’s most likely that this is caused by an infection or kidney stones,
but it is also possible that this could be a symptom of bladder cancer. There is usually no pain that accompanies bladder cancer, but since it will result in death for half of those who develop it, it’s definitely something that requires medical attention as soon as possible.
8. “FEMALE” BREASTS
As men age they tend to put on weight and this can sometimes cause them to develop breasts that look a bit like what you would expect to see on a woman. These “man breasts” are not structurally similar to female breasts and just
tend to look like it because of all the fatty tissue that builds up on a man’s chest because he is overweight. It should be noted, however, that a condition called gynecomastia does indeed cause men to develop breasts which are very similar to those of a female.
No matter why this condition occurs, it is something that should be checked out by a doctor since it could be a sign of a hormone imbalance or even liver disease.
9. NIGHTTIME URINATION
Getting up often during the night to use the bathroom is another symptom that men need to watch for. Prostate problems could be the cause of this and although it certainly is not a sure sign of prostate cancer, it is something to
keep in mind and motivate men to talk to their doctor if they start finding that they have to get up in the middle of the night frequently to empty their bladder. Difficulty urinating, a weak stream, not feeling empty after
urinating and taking longer than usual to empty the bladder are also sings that should be looked into.

Love them or hate them, onions are everywhere. Although they are not often eaten alone, they are used to embellish or add flavor to an incredible array of foods. Preparing onions can be a little difficult due
to their strong odor and ability to make the eyes water, but that’s just more evidence of the onion’s potency when it comes to fighting disease and improving health. For those that don’t care for the taste of onion,
it can often be added to a recipe and not even noticed, particularly after being cooked. These are some of the health benefits onions have to offer.
1. BUG KILLER
both the strong taste and odor indicate, onions are pretty potent, and when it comes to the world of germs,

HOW TO KNOW IF YOUR BRA IS TOO SMALL:
It seems pretty straightforward, does it not? Either your bra fits you well or it doesn’t. It would be nice if it were that simple, but there’s more to selecting the right size bra than you might suspect.
Most women probably don’t think a whole lot about it and do not take the necessary time to select a bra that truly fits, is comfortable and will not lead to pain and discomfort. It’s not possible to estimate the number of women in the world who are wearing a
bra that does not fit but it’s safe to say that the number would be quite impressive. These five clues could mean that it’s high time you got serious about a bra that actually fits you.
1. FLYING WIRES
Underwire bras are pretty popular but women who wear an ill-fitted one are
