Well, Marina, sanctions can be lifted IF PUTIN, elected by Russians, withdraws his troops from Ukraine. As easy as that.

Ukraine’s position at the Russia-Ukraine talks 🧵

❗️Ukraine needs security guarantees that will be tougher than NATO’s Article 5.

❗️Guarantees must be in the form of a treaty, which must be signed and ratified by all guarantor countries.
❗️ Guarantee mechanism: in case of any aggression against Ukraine, the guarantor countries must consult within three days, after which those countries must provide Ukraine with military assistance, armed forces, weapons and impose a no-fly zone.
❗️Among the guarantors, Kyiv sees the countries of the UN Security Council. These are the UK, China, Russia, the US, France, Turkey, Germany, Canada, Italy, Poland, Israel. If other countries want to join, they will be given this right.

❗️Гарантии должны быть в форме договора, который должен быть подписан и ратифицирован всеми странами-гарантами.
