Yesterday in #MH17 courtroom: panel of US experts rejects Buk firing location of the prosecution. Probably fatal missile fired from the area calculated by the Russian Buk manufacturer Almaz Antey (Zaroshchenkse area)
Today Pulatov's lawyers discuss potential launch location near Zaroshenskye. #MH17

My predictions 5 years ago about type of evidence that will be used in #MH17 court:
✔️ Phone taps that may have been forged by SBU and of which authenticity cannot be determined.
✔️ Anonymous witnesses.
✔️ Evidence from classified US sources.
Alternative shoot down scenario as put forward by American experts: Unidentified plane (turned out to be Air India) from Russian airspace targeted by Ukrainian air defenses, missile locked MH17.
American expert claim it is possible Ukrainian air defenses hit MH17 after a 'lock over', more plausible than the prosecutors narrative, according to Pulatov's lawyer Ten Doesschate.
Public prosecutors still have not stated if the weapon was an old, or newer type Buk missile. Lawyer urges prosecutors to make a choice.
The alternative scenario does not exclude the possibility the DNR-militia had a BUk Telar in its possession.
Lawyer explains missile could have been launched, but not registered by witnesses. This is consistent with my observations on the ground. Almost no inhabitants in this circle. google.com/maps/place/Don…
Seven years ago I explained in 'MH17 – Lying for Justice' why not pointing out the exact missile type allegedly used for the shoot down by the official investigators is lying by omission. #MH17
NOTE: Even today the issue is still open! maxfromthewharf.com/mh17-lying-for…

"On March 18, Kinzhal aviation missile system with hypersonic ballistic missiles destroyed a large underground storage facility for missiles and aviation ammunition of Ukrainian troops in Delyatin, Ivano-Frankovsk region," Russian MoD reports. /1 t.me/mod_russia_en/…
If true, this would be the first deployment of the formidable nuclear-capable Kh-47M2 Kinzhal ("Dagger") /2
Russia hasn't even used a small fraction of its destructive capabilities. Check FOAB, for example. /3

Sonja van den Ende is in Ukraine, embedded Russian troops, reports:
"Today I visited the town of Melitopol, , city, southeastern Ukraine, on the Molochna River, this town saw atrocities by the AZOV regiment and other neonazi groups, who were forced out by the Russians." 1/
According to the Mayor of this town, of which we had a press conference with, the people were intimidated since 2014, the Maidan coup from the EU and US. They were forced to speak Ukrainian only, Russian was forbidden. 2/
Now the Russian forces entered, without doing any harm or damage to civilian buildings or institutions. The Ukrainian army dropped a "heavy" bomb on civilian houses on the 28th of February, when the operation started and destroyed houses, cars, injured some civilians. 3/
UNCONFIRMED. An employee of the American newspaper New York Times was killed in Irpin. Another American was wounded.

Official FB account of the Command of the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine announces war crimes:
"Every commander, driver, gunner, loader - will be slaughtered like pigs. Piss in your pants, we've already come for you." facebook.com/usofcom/posts/…
Dutch politicians like #Sjoerdsma will have something to explain when their Stingers and Panzerfausts (WTF?!) are used to commit war crimes.
