Yesterday in #MH17 courtroom: panel of US experts rejects Buk firing location of the prosecution. Probably fatal missile fired from the area calculated by the Russian Buk manufacturer Almaz Antey (Zaroshchenkse area)

My predictions 5 years ago about type of evidence that will be used in #MH17 court:
✔️ Phone taps that may have been forged by SBU and of which authenticity cannot be determined.
✔️ Anonymous witnesses.
✔️ Evidence from classified US sources.

Alternative shoot down scenario as put forward by American experts: Unidentified plane (turned out to be Air India) from Russian airspace targeted by Ukrainian air defenses, missile locked MH17. Image
American expert claim it is possible Ukrainian air defenses hit MH17 after a 'lock over', more plausible than the prosecutors narrative, according to Pulatov's lawyer Ten Doesschate.
Public prosecutors still have not stated if the weapon was an old, or newer type Buk missile. Lawyer urges prosecutors to make a choice.
The alternative scenario does not exclude the possibility the DNR-militia had a BUk Telar in its possession.

According to the Mayor of this town, of which we had a press conference with, the people were intimidated since 2014, the Maidan coup from the EU and US. They were forced to speak Ukrainian only, Russian was forbidden. 2/
Now the Russian forces entered, without doing any harm or damage to civilian buildings or institutions. The Ukrainian army dropped a "heavy" bomb on civilian houses on the 28th of February, when the operation started and destroyed houses, cars, injured some civilians. 3/
