That's the reason, why CONgress, PDP & NC never wanted businesses to come to Vally. No employment opportunities, No businesses other than Agriculture & Tourism. Take funds from Central Govt citing "Under Development" & Loot them for personal greed.

Since Abrogation of Articles 370 & 35(A).....the situation is changing. PM Modi is rightly focussing on Economic Development of Kashmir to improve standard of living of Local Kashmiris by creating Employment Opportunities & by providing ease of business.

🔸J&K is looking to get investments in diverse sectors including Tourism & Hospitality. Currently a UAE delegation is visiting UT

🔸Delegation reached Srinagar to explore investment opportunities in region, following invitation by Lt Governor at Dubai Expo in Jan this year

🔸 Govt officials will showcase investment opportunities to visiting delegates as part of 4-day programme,focusing on entrepreneurship,tourism & hospitality sectors.

🔸J&K Admin has already sanctioned industrial proposals worth over ₹26,000 Crore so far with land allotted

🔸The 34-member delegation includes top businessmen from real estate, hospitality, telecom, import-export, and other sectors.

🔸A member of the ruling family in Sharjah is also part of the delegation.

And lastly..Why is PM Modi attracting investments in Kashmir, Mainly from UAE & Saudi?

Cause..Pakistan will think 100 times before creating any trouble or sabotage any project where Saudi & UAE have parked their money
