Science has turned into full-scale war. mediterranee-infection.com/communique-de-… Image
"Moreover, Mrs. Bik had written in 22 articles that our research was neo-colonialist..."

This is a smoking gun of a weak argument in my opinion.

mediterranee-infection.com/the-case-again…
Apparently scientists from Lebanese universities performing research in African countries is "neo-colonialist science". Give me a break.

The article makes a big deal about proper permissions not being obtained in the host countries, without completing the argument by citing relevant legislation from the same countries that states that such permissions are required, or even attainable.

Did you ever think to yourself, "I want to know the truth, no matter what it is, I can handle it"? 🧵🧵

The next few threads should call your bluff.
I. Pervasive control system is being erected all around us. A small sampling of parts involved:

Complication vs. Complexity🧵

Public health approached this pandemic as a "complicated" problem that can be fixed with discipline, whereas it was a *complex* problem, requiring humility in the face of uncertainty.

statnews.com/2022/03/22/cov…
This idea allows us to connect the baffling response to the pandemic with the powerful Cynefin framework: en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cynefin_f…
This is a great illustration. Complicated domains call for experts. Complex domains call for emergent practice. Guess which one we went for? In fact, I'd go so far as to say this is a generalized failure mode of government.

So, the 7 months delayed TOGETHER study paper on Ιvermectin is about to be published. They're doing extra effort to get in the press ahead of publication, with surgically crafted statements. SCIENCE.

So, what's the current state of the evidence? A 🧵

Last time I looked at the evidence, even when excluding everything and anything anyone objected to, there still seemed to be clear evidence in favor: doyourownresearch.substack.com/p/a-conflict-o…
But don't take it from me. Even notorious anti-ivm activist @gidmk has recently done his own, (highly subjective) summation, and concludes that "the jury is still out". Weird. He makes sure to pepper his piece with the usual talking points, of course. gidmk.medium.com/the-jury-is-st…

The Surgeon General's toolkit to identify misinformation claims one can search the CDC website to see "what the latest research is saying".

In this 🧵I will show you why, by its own standards, the document itself is misinformation, in a fundamental way.

hhs.gov/sites/default/…
The key question any guide to identifying misinformation must answer is how to arrive at truth, so that one can know what misinformation even is.

This document points to the CDC website as the authoritative source.
Does the CDC website fit this definition?

Well, it tells us that the idea that POST-INFECTION (aka. Natural) immunity being "better" than vaccine-generated immunity is a "MYTH".

While everyone has their eyes on Ukraine, there's a comprehensive control system being erected all around us.

Let's count the ways. 🧵
First, there is the treaty being worked on, on the level of the WHO. The details have not been worked out yet, but the Director General of the WHO is pushing for a binding treaty with the power to apply sanctions if 2/3rds of the members agree.

What you are seeing me do in the case of Ukraine is what I always try to: first principles thinking.

Allow me to summarize: 🧵
First of all, I don't have a position on the matter at all. It still appears too complex for me. I feel badly for the Ukrainian people suffering what they are, of course, as I feel for the Yemenis and Uighurs.
Second, the revelation on biolabs taught me to not ignore something, just because Putin said it.
