You can dislike LL all you want but she's not wrong to say fire, police, teachers have been a path into the middle class for minorities.
As have been other union jobs like laborers, carpenters, plumbers, electricians, etc
Black & Brown want and can do different jobs.
And they can do them if they wish.
I don't know what this woman's gripe is?
To add, she's been the champion of non-for profits like ALSO and other organizations that provide "services" she admits burn through money and resources.
It's a constant victim complex.
Then again, her ideology requires a constant struggle. Otherwise, she can't "fight" for anything. And that's her entire schtick.
It requires a constant oppressor and an oppressed class.
The "revolution" never ends and is permanent.

We received body cam footage from the incident where Anthony Alvarez threatened to kill the mother of his child and ran from police. Alvarez had a tendency to run from police, defy orders & challenge police. The officer who caught him was officer Solano.
Alvarez shows a pattern.
If you are unfamiliar with that incident, these are the reports.
A look into homicides on the NW side has revealed that Anthony Alvarez's brother, Alexander Martinez, was actually arrested for a 2020 homicide. The Cook County State's Attorney Office rejected charges however. Martinez was killed late last year on I290 near Oak Park.
A thread on Alexander Martinez, who was a well known Barry and Lockwood Latin Brother.
He walks away from a supposed attempted robbery & doesn't "de-escalate" the situation and actually shoots and kill the person in the car and doesn't get charged (not even for illegally possessing the gun)?
If a cop or law abiding CCL holder did it, they'd be in prison right now.
The guy peeing on the street is a serial identity thief.
The guy with a suspended license is the same guy who carries guns.
The guy who panhandles is the same guy who rapes.
The guy who carries a little bit of drugs is the guy who carjacks people.
The correlation isn't in the type of crime.
It's in the antisocial, criminal behavior.
People who can't/don't adhere to societal standards and norms tend to do so across the board, up to and including the most heinous of antisocial behaviors like murdering.
