Reminder, Robert Peters has never proposed a piece of substantive legislation and is one of the architects of the unconstitutional SAFE-T Act.

The guy has never won an election and continues to enrich himself on the backs of working class people. A sad excuse for a legislator who gave himself a raise to do nothing, achieve nothing and contribute to a decaying state.

We were just sent a link to a social media account that compiles fights at Steinmetz High School located near Narragansett and Barry, just outside of the 16th District.

The videos are very violent and it's disheartening to see what kids are doing to each other. In one video, it seems as though security and teachers attempt to break up the fight but eventually give up and let it play out.

Is it any coincidence that Yolanda Talley's merit sergeant pick (who was assigned to internal affairs prior to promotion) is immediately assigned as a sergeant BACK to Internal Affairs immediately upon the completion of sergeant school?

They don't even hide the corruption. For those unaware, Yolanda Talley is the Chief of Internal Affairs whose niece was caught with a man who had a large quantity of drugs in a car registered to Talley. That same man was the informant for the Anjanette Young search warrant.

You can dislike LL all you want but she's not wrong to say fire, police, teachers have been a path into the middle class for minorities.

As have been other union jobs like laborers, carpenters, plumbers, electricians, etc

Black & Brown want and can do different jobs. And they can do them if they wish.

I don't know what this woman's gripe is?

To add, she's been the champion of non-for profits like ALSO and other organizations that provide "services" she admits burn through money and resources.
