@sliceit_ There have been 8 illegal transactions from my card of Rs. 13,986 within a span of 3 minutes (8:56PM to 8:59PM) on March 26. The transactions were made while I was driving and the card was with me the entire time and I didn't receive a single OTP.

@sliceit_ The customer care is only available from Monday to Friday. Does slice believe that credit card fraud happens only on weekdays? Every time the SMS regarding the illegal transaction came on my mobile there was no provision to report the same.

@sliceit_ Every credit card service operator sends a message asking if the transaction was not done by you then report on the xxxxx number but in this case nothing of sort happened.

@sliceit_ I have the proof to support my claim. I didn't receive any OTP for the transaction as well maybe it would've alerted me. So this seems to me nothing but an insider job and complete breach of Slice firewall if they have any. I will not pay a single penny to Slice as per RBI rules.

@sliceit_ Slice has not made its online transaction mechanism safe for customers. There have been other instances where I was charged Rs. 76 five times and the transaction was in dollars.
