@sliceit_ There have been 8 illegal transactions from my card of Rs. 13,986 within a span of 3 minutes (8:56PM to 8:59PM) on March 26. The transactions were made while I was driving and the card was with me the entire time and I didn't receive a single OTP. @sliceit_ The customer care is only available from Monday to Friday. Does slice believe that credit card fraud happens only on weekdays? Every time the SMS regarding the illegal transaction came on my mobile there was no provision to report the same.
