Wow. Louis Gohmert (whose chief of staff is pals w/ Ginni & Clarence Thomas) filed his SCOTUS case against Mike Pence around midnight on Jan 5 (or very early AM on Jan 6). They were hoping 4 a Jan 6 SCOTUS ruling similar 2 what happened in 2000 w/ Stone’s Brooks Brothers riot. 1/ Image
