Explains how Roskomnadzor has blocked the Western social media platforms with lower audiences first, leaving just YouTube - with its massive user base - still standing for now (but probably not for much longer). 
Also talks about VPNs. Some VPNs were blocked in Russia even before February. The state can block the most popular VPN services, but not all of them.
Makes an interesting point on whether Russian platforms can fully replace or substitute Western platforms. In China, this works, but the Russian market (population) is only 1/10th size of China's. This limits potential of Russian platforms, especially trying to replace YouTube.
It was also news to me that the idea of a fully-isolated Runet has acquired the name of Cheburnet.
