@ETFOeducators : @fordnation lifted the #MaskMandates in schools too soon.

Also ETFO: We're going to have an in-person event in the middle of the 6th wave where masks are recommended but NOT REQUIRED. 1/

@ETFOeducators may as well just tell the public they were lying when they said schools weren't safe. They just destroyed their credibility by holding an event that doesn't exceed the safety protocol of @fordnation which they keep saying is too low. 2/

Best of luck to Educators trying to expose health & safety issues in schools when their own union doesn't behave as though they believe that crowded, indoor, unmasked spaces are a problem during a pandemic.
