During covid lockdown in past 2 years, thousands of families were without any income or had feed their family.

@TheIndiaZakat supported a campaign #FeedThePoor in which more than 6K+ families were provided ration kit which helped to reduce some pain.

Education fees of 425 for Engineering students was raised on @TheIndiaZakat which will help to complete their education and contribute to upliftment of their families.

More than 110+ girls families (orphans majorly) were helped to raise fund for their simple #Nikah through @TheIndiaZakat.

Only those wedding causes are approved who conducted the #Nikah in a minimalistic way thus saving the burden on families.

@TheIndiaZakat helped raised fund for 400+ families to provide them livelihood support. Auto Rickshaws, Sewing machines, Grocery stores, Raw material for small business are few of the causes.

This created a livelihood opportunities to earn halal income.

Immediate healthcare support was provided through @TheIndiaZakat to 370+ patients for their various medical needs like operation, medicine, hospital bills etc.

These causes are approved on priority basis, as requirement of funds on time is very critical.

During covid lockdown, @TheIndiaZakat platform has enabled people receive financial assistance for their most critical needs like oxygen cylinders.
