How deep analysis have they done?
Problem statements.
Understand the stage of product development
Do they have closed beta or open beta available?
Do they have a full-fledged product?

Find products that don’t have coins/tokens - use the test net / potential airdrop.
Understand customer base Potential adoption.
How many customers could it have? What kind of customer will use it? Find similar projects and compare adoption.

Is the sector trending?
Can the sector move to crypto?
Potential real-world adoption
Are there any roadblocks?
Find projects in the sector
Diversity in multiple sectors

**Roadmap**

Are they fulfilling the promises?
New project - watch this closely.
Existing projects - look at previous history.
Dev Activities.
What have they delivered?
How has it helped adoption?

Is the team capable of delivering?
Look at the backgrounds of core members.
Ask founders for the experience.
Ask for the LinkedIn and social of the project team.
Look into the history of the founders
Check if the founders are involved in any scams

Have they won any competitions? (Someone has looked into the project) What is the team size?
Are they understaffed?
How are they developing it?
Ask the team how they plan to use the raised funds.

Are they engaging with the community and promptly answering questions?
Are they reactive or ab-reactive?
Identify successful VCs and track their investments
Find the value the VCs would add
Identify bad VC firms that dump on retail and stay away from their investments.

Look history of advisors.
Check performance of their previous projects
If anonymous, see if they’ve KYCed to any influencers.

What’s the use case of tokens?
Token utility plays a key role.
Token velocity - how are they increasing the token use case?
How does it capture value?
Total supply? Most of the time doesn’t matter but affects the market psychology.

If there is a supply crunch, how will it affect the price?
If already listed, look for price action
Who holds the most tokens?
Understand token holders
Compare circulating supply vs total supply.

What were the initial prices?
Will private sale/seed investors dump?
Find the vesting period of a project
How often are tokens released?
If it’s an existing token, look up the chart and find ATH, average volume.

If you’re getting in for short trade, what’s is the volume vs market cap.
Is it pumping and dumping on a small volume
Understand market cap volume ratio
Find top holders
Is there whale accumulation?
Is there whale distribution?

Try to optimize entry to get better returns

Were any audits conducted on code?
Audit reports are not the last word

Good testing will only show real issues

How do they run it?

Check if they’ve community accounts?
Where can we reach out to the team?
Do they have publications?
How often do they communicate with the community?
We can understand the sentiments of the groups
Are there shillers?

Look for fundamental reports
What’s the rating?
Fundamental reports help with token value and adoption

Social media plays a significant role in the adoption

What kind of following and interaction do they have?
Is the token ticker trending?
Is it fake shilling and fake users - try to differentiate
