Regular sunlight exposure increases striatal dopamine function and levels through direct exposure, but also in numerous other ways.

This has great application in a number of psychiatric disorders, including depression, ADHD/ADD, Parkinson’s, autism, and addiction.

Sunscreen is about a $6B industry 🤔
Artificial blue light, irregular sun exposure, and nnEMF is more of a factor in skin cancers/melanomas than anything else.

But you won’t realize this until it’s too late, and even then you’ll still likely blame the sun due to the level of propaganda.

“The truth doesn’t give a f*ck about your opinions. That’s the beauty of nature.

The beauty of nature is she gives two flying sh*ts about what you think. The most amazing thing about nature that you have to really accept is humans are a thread in her fabric.”
“When humans break the rules of her game, they pay tolls. Those tolls are usually in diseases, illnesses, or phenomena that they can’t explain.”
“It turns out when you subjugate your wants, needs, and desires, or your beliefs, and begin to look at life through her perspective, you begin to realize that there’s some wisdom in what she’s doing.”

It’s so crazy to me that literally everything I end up doing intuitively ends up being literally perfect. Image
Just started experimenting with Palmitoylethanolamide to test its application for my Patrons with chronic pain and inflammation for new vetted supplement brands addition list, it functions as a PPAR-a ligand.
Just as I intuitively shifted back towards a more ketogenic diet with the low UV light here currently.

Insane how it works out just listening to your body.

Indigenous cultures’ Two Spirit concept didn’t prescribe puberty blockers, inducing infertility, and cut off healthy body parts, inducing massive longterm damage to health and development.
Like I’ve said before, I have zero care for what adults do with their own bodies, but children are off limits.
Honestly totally unrelated and terrible attempt at a “gotcha”. Blocked.

“When people realize that they have a lot more power in their own game when they think for themselves and they’re good critical thinkers, then they become much more facile in questioning everything they’re told.”
“And I believe that it’s the mark of an educated mind to take something you fundamentally do not believe, whether you hear it on a podcast or Twitter space, and say to yourself, “I need to examine what this doctor is telling me compared to my primary care doctor at home.”
“Then see who’s telling me yes and who’s telling me no, and what the deal is.”

There’s much context to this question dependent on latitude and affordability in personal situation.

In general, meats and seafood/shellfish are excellent year round, as fresh as you can individually afford.
Seasonal eating largely applies to fruits, vegetables, and carbohydrates per latitude and sunlight availability. Best grown in current latitude under natural UV light.
In the context of already restored mitochondrial function and redox, seafood/shellfish is best primarily in the winter when sunlight is less available, but this is dependent on mitochondria and redox status as well as artificial light/nnEMF exposure.
