The texas governor #Abbott is about to declare “An invasion” in the southern borders as a reaction to scaling back title 42. This is not a joke

Texas governor just signed a directive to send busses of undocumented crossers to Washington DC …… ( insert woof woof whistle here)
He is basically taking taxpayers money from emergency services to give a free ride to immigrants already processed and released

3/ texas governor just ordered the installation of razor wire in low water crossing areas. ( me think this is a crime)

It is almost like texas perfected that Unknown science phenomena where somehow caravans start coming every two years near midterm elections

Just so you know, the Biden admin is on track to beat trumps year to year undocumented immigrants interceptions

The expectations for FY 22 is 2 million interceptions at the border. Trumps higher border interceptions year is 2019 with 1.1 million. Me think Biden is tightening the border more than trump. Numbers no lie

Texas governor just ordered zero tolerance inspections of all vehicles coming through the border to check for human smuggling and drugs. He admitted it will slow down traffic.

2/ the removal warrant used by ICE is not a criminal warrant signed by a federal judge. The removal warrant used to process the non-citizen’s removal is signed by an ICE official based on a finding that the person is removable from the United States.

3/a removal warrant does not authorize the ICE officer to enter into the home of the person to execute the warrant without consent, even if the officer knows the individual is in the home, contrary to a criminal warrant.
