FOLKS: This Sussmann pleaded guilty idea is 100% wrong. The transcript was entered in error as the next docket entry says. I know...so much that is unbelieveable has happened that it's easy to believe the unbelievable...but this ain't it.

THREAD: Breaking. Durham files Motion to Compel Clinton Campaign, DNC, and Fusion GPS to produce material w/h based on "attorney-client" privilege. Image
2/ In sum, Durham wants the documents w/h identified in appendix to be given to court to decide if privilege. (Reading while tweeting so bear with me). First main argument is that Fusion wasn't retained to help w/ legal advise but to get dirt & that isn't protected. Image

THREAD: Lots of filings hit in Sussmann. Check this out. Was this on Baker's phone the OIG didn't share with Durham until someone else mentioned it?
2/ This provides another great example of the big circle hug the Clinton Campaign used, feeding media and FBI same fake story, and then media uses FBI to give story credibility and FBI uses media to give its investigation credibility.
3/ I think this is first time, Durham spoke of the motive here, but that will be key at trial for the jury to "get" it.

LOL So looks like Rod Rosenstein was extremely chatty with a Washington Post reporter...so much so that she forwarded him @MZHemingway guide to reading @washingtonpost articles based on anon sources.
