Three U.S. officials tell NBC News that U.S. claims based on “intelligence” on Russia were made up simply to “preempt the Russians”

One U.S. official: “It doesn’t have to be solid intelligence when we talk about it..”
U.S. propaganda has no basis in truth or reality.

"It doesn't have to be solid intelligence when we talk about," a U.S. official said. "It's more important to get out ahead of them - Putin specifically - before they do something. It's preventative."
NBC News says the U.S. had been accidentally right with its intelligence* claims that Russia was going to launch a military operation.

Article: nbcnews.com/politics/natio…
NBC News: "Multiple U.S. officials acknowledged that the U.S. has used information as a weapon even when confidence in the accuracy of the information wasn’t high. Sometimes it has used low-confidence intelligence for deterrent effect, as with chemical agents,"
"Biden later said it publicly. But three U.S. officials told NBC News this week there is no evidence Russia has brought any chemical weapons near Ukraine. They said the U.S. released the information to deter Russia from using the banned munitions." nbcnews.com/politics/natio…
The stuff about China providing military help to Russia was also made up.

"The U.S. officials said there are no indications China is considering providing weapons to Russia. The Biden administration put that out as a warning to China not to do so," nbcnews.com/politics/natio…
They're lying about chemical weapons just like they lied about Iraq WMDs. At least that's what U.S. officials and U.S. state media is telling us.
U.S. state media admits that Russia chemical weapons claims were made up, citing three U.S. officials

FULL REPORT: Colombian public media reports that a U.S. military strike on a boat on September 15—the second attack on a vessel by the U.S. in the Caribbean that we’re aware of—was a Colombian boat and was in Colombian territorial waters.

At least one of the three victims extrajudicially killed in the strike was Colombian lifelong fisherman Alejandro Carranza. Alejandro’s identity is confirmed by his cousin.

The Colombian boat was adrift and had its distress signal up due to an engine failure.
According to Captain Leonardo Vega, instructor and fishing companion of murdered fisherman Alejandro Carranza, the video clearly shows that the boat was adrift, with one engine raised:

“For us, that means it is damaged and in a state of emergency, which, according to international law, means that if a boat is in a state of emergency and adrift, it is necessary to go to its aid and help it.”
The boat hit in the September 15th U.S. strike is verifiably Colombian, Captain Leonardo Vega says, as video shows an Eduardoño vessel, from a Colombian builder, “the kind normally used here in the Taganga, Santa Marta, Parque Tayrona, La Guajira—these types of vessels with two engines for fishing..”

When asked if the boat could have drifted into international waters, the Captain says that from the time Alejandro Carranza left home to go fishing on the 14th, to the time that the video of the attack was published, 48 hours had not yet passed “which means that a boat hadn't been able to travel through international waters and reach more than 200 miles”.

The boat was in Colombian territorial waters.

🇻🇪 Venezuela at Security Council: “We believe that we are in front of imminent attack by the United States. All indications tell us that.

It's very rational to think that all these preparations and all these escalations are geared towards an attack on Venezuela.” @SMoncada_VEN
🇻🇪 “There are some people saying here, 'we call all parties to de-escalate'— We have NO conflict whatsoever with the United States. We are not escalating because we are in NO conflict.

This is a fabricated conflict by the United States and the image that there are two parties 'warring' and trying to confront themselves on the Caribbean Sea is ridiculous.

We are only defending our territory, within our territory, which is our right.” @SMoncada_VEN
Venezuela's representative, Samuel Moncada, responds to a reporter's question about rumours/reports that Venezuela and the U.S. could be negotiating over “extending credits with Chevron”.

The answer is no.

“We are willing to deal with the United States but on these market terms, like any other country. No more than that. There is nothing special. I mean, we are not asking for some kind of protection, in swapping protection for oil. That's not what we are trying to do here.”

Venezuela at the Security Council: “We’re here to avert the commission of an international crime.” @SMoncada_VEN
“These are extrajudicial killings. There's a killer roaming in the Caribbean, one that is seeking excuses to manufacture a conflict to attack to manipulate the principle of self-defence and he wants to kill more.” @SMoncada_VEN
“Who could believe that this large-scale military escalation in the Caribbean is truly aimed at combatting drugs trafficking? The truth is that the United States government, as been confirmed by international media, has already issued a secret order to authorize the use of military force in foreign territory, with the pretext of a false war against drug trafficking. At the same time, the CIA has also been authorized to conduct clandestine operations across Latin America and the Caribbean. All points to a new hour of aggression in our region.”

BREAKING: Peru’s congress REMOVES Dina Boluarte from the presidency in a unanimous vote
Dina Boluarte, illegitimate president responsible for massacres during protests triggered by the coup against Pedro Castillo, has been unanimously voted out of office by congress with 0 votes against; 0 abstentions. In the coming hours, a transitional president will be sworn in.
No word on where Boluarte and her ministers are. She was supposed to deliver an address to the nation, then it was said that she was filming what would have been a pre-recorded address, with ministers by her side. That speech has yet to air, if it was even recorded.

Gringos are mad at our historic leader for promoting the null vote, or worse, for ‘not stepping aside’—all while Arce’s candidate, Del Castillo, using the stolen MAS party name, strolled into election day polling at 1-2%—refusing to drop out of the race in support of Andronico.
With Evo, the MAS received 55%. Without him, the new imposter MAS received 3% of valid votes (less when calculating against votes cast). Now the ‘MAS’ stands to lose party status. They stole the party trademark to drive it into the ground. That's a US-backed right-wing plot.
If it doesn't occur to people to scrutinize these obvious infiltrators and traitors, particularly Del Castillo who is the Arce government's most likely person to accommodate Washington, then I can only imagine how invalid their assessments of the rest of the region must be.
